Following up on the saga of the Motorola Droid autofocus bug, Verizon has confirmed that the forthcoming Android 2.0.1 update for the device will indeed address the autofocus issue and is still expected on December 11th as previously reported.
So far so good. I think I’m sticking with the Droid. After hearing about some of the battery life horror stories with Eris and Hero, the Moto seems like a workhorse.
