SEATTLE — The Black Friday ad trackers are in overdrive with leaked ads for the Friday after Thanksgiving- the day retailers hope to get their bottom lines out of the red and back into the black.
Some sites only offer a hint of what will be on sale. Most want you to sign up to get Black Friday alerts as they come in. Others actually give you a sneak peek of the actual ads — like an $80 ShopVac at Lowes for $30.
More examples of rumored Black Friday deals?
* Sears will reportedly be selling Panasonic Blu-ray Home theater systems for $399.99.
* Dell is rumored to be offering Nintendo Wii consoles for $179.99.
* At Office Max, a Magellan RoadMate Portable GPS for $69.99. Great deal if it’s true.
Black Friday experts say while many of the so-called Black Friday leaks may be authentic, this early in the game you should take them with a grain of salt.
